Introduction to video games

1) The first video games had low graphics and were a lot more simple compared to the the quality now.

2)The video games evolved by adding colour usually making the games 3D and the graphics of the games got a lot better.

3)The most successful games all usually don't have the best graphics and the game is also simple compared to others. Also they usually are more creative, for an example mario, sonic and the wii games.

4)Some of the criticisms towards video games is that games can be too "realistic" gory or not age appropriate, these might make children act violently. Also it may be too addicting and may make the person unsociable.

5)Fortnite is a mass online brawl between 100 players in a small island. They scavenge for weapons, like guns and grenades, items like shield potions and chests, than they fight till the last person standing. It is developed by epicgames.

6)Their is 3.5 million players world wide in fortnite

7)One of the pleasures is that its colorful and bright making it a lot more aimed at children also the game is free which makes it easily accessed by anyone whether or not they have money. Another pleasure is how they have customization and dances which support the game being bright.

8)  "It is proving far more addictive than any other game" i agree with this comment as although it may not have as much content as other games, this game attracts players easily as it has no cost, its bright, cheerful and also is something everyone is talking about so it is easy too fall into the trend.

"Computer games represent everything wrong with society." I disagree with this statement as computer games like fortnite can help children with their strategical intelligence, cooperation and even hand eye coordination.
