2) Question 9: Lara Croft is a good role model as she has the the conventional hero features like skill and courage, she also doesn't reinforce stereotypes unlike most female characters, for an example she is a female protagonist that isn't a support character nor is she a love interest or even a damsel in distress. However she does reinforce some stereotypes as she can be seen as a sex object, this is because her body features are exaggerated.
Kim Kardashian is a positive role model for women as she proves that women can be powerful and successful, she also gives inspiration to teenage girls. However she can be a negative role model as she is predominantly interested in fashion like a stereotypical woman meaning she reinforces certain stereotypes.
3) Question 10: Zoella is a prosumer that makes YouTube video. The ways in which new, net based technologies have enabled producers to target consumers in different ways, for instance through collaborations between social media starts and producers(product placement/product endorsement) e.g super drug and Zoella.
The ability of the audience to interact with producers through engaging with their social media accounts(Twitter,instagram,snapchat). Gives a more personal insight but is manufactured by the PR company/celebrity themselves to give a certain view of them.
